Kabareton.co.uk Ltd reserves the right to:
- Delay entry of latecomers until a suitable break or interval in the performance.
- Refuse the use of any form of audio or visual equipment during performance.
- Refuse admission or to eject any ticket holder(s) who breach any terms, conditions or rules of Kabareton.co.uk Ltd or the venue operator.
- Make any change whatsoever in the performance owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause.
- Cancel or abandon the performance for reasons beyond Kabareton.co.uk control without notice and without being liable to pay any compensations or damage whatsoever other than, at the management’s discretion, a possible percentage or maximum refund to the ticket holder of the value of the ticket.
